The only complaint was how loud the heater was when it heated the room. I am a light sleeper a x was awakened many tomes in night when it turned on. Otherwise the bed was extremely comfortable and all was great

Very convenient for attending events at the Deschutes County Fairgrounds and Event Center. Easy to get to main highway if wanting to go to Bend or go to downtown Redmond. Only a few dining options within walking distance. The Applebees down the street was closed for renovations.

Check in was easy, the desk clerk was very nice. The room and everything else I passed were spotless. 3rd floor room king bed, roomy space. Easy to get to off the main road. Fairly quiet, did hear traffic, train and plane noise but it was not enough to prevent me from sleeping. Would stay here again.

After booking online, picking a pet friendly hotel, they wouldn’t let me stay. They said I had too many dogs. I have 4 dogs with me. I’ve stayed in other hotels without issue. News flash people: problem pets are not due to how many or the pet! It’s there human owner. My dogs are behaved because I want them to be able to go places and behave themselves. They owe me a refund because they wouldn’t allow me to stay after paying. The hotel across the street accommodated us all without issues.
