Staff members I came across was very friendly and very helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The only thing missing is a shower wand and a little more water pressure in the shower lol other than that everything else was great. Enjoyed breakfast. Having a guest laundry room on site made it easy for me to pack clean clothes instead of having little trash bags of dirty laundry in luggages. Overall we enjoyed our time there and Thank you for the great hospitality.

We were very happy with our stay here, except that I booked a "King" and the bed was "Queen" size at best. We really liked that we had a door directly to the parking lot and our vehicle. I have mobility issues so that made it much easier for me to get to and from the car.

Everything was good until we tried to watch TV. It was pretty weird that the only channels that didn't have sound were the Fox channels. Both of them. But every other channel worked just fine.

When we checked in Tuesday late afternoon the lady at the desk was very friendly and accommodating asking which floor we would want and said she had quarters for the laundry if needed.
