While the stay itself was fine, the room was dirty. The freezer in the fridge needs to be de-iced as there was quite a thick layer of ice. The bathroom ceiling was falling, looked moldy. Fan in bathroom was not functioning. Dirt noted on the floor. Garbages were so small with no additional bags available. Ice machine was not available. Had to go to front desk to get ice which was fine however there was never anyone at the front desk so had to walk around knocking on doors to get someone’s attention. Got a call at 11 as I’m walking out the door that checkout was at 11. Again, walking out at 11 and turned around to answer the phone, not very friendly.

The room had a laminate floor instead of carpet and that felt cleaner. The room with double queen beds also had a couch and table along with a desk and that extra seating was appreciated. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The location was easy to find and convenient to the rest of Red Wing- locations were walkable. There is a Perkins next door.

Stayed here after a concert and had a comfortable stay. Had reserved a room with a hot tub but there was a malfunction with the hot tub before my arrival and had to switch to a lower room type but they informed me about it a few days before arrival to let me decide what i wanted to do. They also said they would refund the price difference between the room we reserved and the room we got. The breakfast had the coolest pancakes machine i've ever seen in a hotel. It had me and three other women watching it while it made my breakfast.

A great place to stay

Check in was such a great experience. Desk clerk was super friendly and welcoming with such a sweet smile (young man probably early 20s). The first room had some issues (I don’t think it was meant to be given out because it smelt like fresh drywall and beds were unmade). The desk clerk was so apologetic and immediately switched us to a new room. So clean and very well maintained hotel. My third time staying here when I’m in town, and I will definitely stay again.
