The hotel seemed nice to start until the heat in the room did not work! The room was at 18 degrees Celsius for 48 hours as they said there was nothing wrong with it and no blankets. This hotel does not have blankets available which is the very first hotel I have ever stayed in both warm and cold climates that does not have blankets. There is a sheet and thin comforter on the beds. I spoke to my mom about it after the second night and she called the front desk. Within 5 minutes there was a space heater and second light comforter brought. The room then made it to 20 degrees for the last 24 hrs I stayed which still is too cold for my comfort. Unacceptable customer service and response to the problem leaving me with an uncomfortable stay for my vacation visiting the area. I should have been provided with a room with heat after my first complaint!

Needs to be cleaner

The toilet seat in our room was discolored and peeling, very gross looking. If they are willing to leave something like a toilet seat that is so simple to change then I can't imagine how all the things you can't really see are. Pool also had a green tinge to it, our son didn't want to go in it. The lounge was decent, had good tv set up to watch sports.

The beds were like sleeping in craters no support , the pillows were hard , the room was hot, the electrical outlet beside the bed did not work . I had to select poolside room as I use a cane and your website said no elevator , the pool was advertised to close at 9 but was open past 10 so noisy , there was a lot of running upstairs after 10 . Overall very disappointed. On a positive note the staff were nice and we had a lovely supper in the lounge

Entire hotel had a weird smell, like the carpets have never been cleaned. Toilet seat in room was all chewed up and dirty. Most of the clientele was drunk, tons of kids running down hallways. The only saving grace was the staff was great.
