We had a good stay. The room was a perfect fit for our one night stay, however it was pretty hot throughout the night. The fans helped but it did not cool down. The room and bathroom were both somewhat clean.

property was in a good location. it took hours for it to cool down to a comfortable temp to sleep, had to finagle to have any water that didn’t scold us, the tub spout and handle was so hot you could barely touch it to even be able to turn on or off. We only stayed one night passing through town so dealt with the problems but it was not a great stay.

Under new management that is working hard to renovate the rooms. Automated key entry system with no front desk. The building has a ski lodge look. Just off the main drag of Red River. Clean sheets and hot shower. Will stay again.

The place is very clean and updated rooms. The only two things is the shower is very small and I was in room 4 which needs a new blind to keep the outside lights from shining in all night. Could not get the room dark at night. A simple fix. I would stay there again.

The hotel room was disappointing. It was dirty, and the front area looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time. The window blind was damaged, with a small square section missing, so it didn’t provide proper privacy. The bathroom also had no soap provided. Overall, the room was not clean or well maintained.

Thin walls, esp if you are on the side facing the highway. No exterior sign actually says "Bellamys Ski House" but instead some other name (old owner?)

We stayed at this property during Spring Break, from March 15th to 19th, 2026, and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was exceptionally clean, well‑maintained, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. Its location is very convenient and close to the ski area, which made our trip even better. The property management team was outstanding, always attentive, responsive, and genuinely focused on making sure guests are comfortable. They are constantly working to improve the property so it best suits the needs of their guests. Their commitment to taking care of tenants truly stands out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider this property for future trips. Highly recommended.

To be fair the room itself was clean and had decent coffee. However there was mold around the caulk surrounding the bathtub. The bathroom was MAYBE 10 sq feet. Cold water disappeared in the middle of the shower causing extremely hot water to burn while yeting to get it turned off. The bed sagged in the middle. Loud road noise made sleeping very hard. No air conditioner or fan to circulate the air. Very warm in the room. The room was on the 2nd floor with very steep steps and the walk way was maybe 2 feet wide with chairs on it, made carrying luggage to room hard. Appears very run down and no staff on premises, at all, ever.

Let me start off by saying the owners were great. They are in the process of remodeling other than being able to tell the difference between old and new you would never have known it. It was quiet. They did not have any building materials laying around or trash. When we pulled up they both greeted us and let us know that they were there and available if we needed anything. Upon entering the room that they had us down for I realized it was not the room that Expedia showed on their website. When we showed the owners the picture they said they had had that happen before that Expedia has the wrong picture with the wrong listing if you book through Expedia verify with the owners what room you are getting. They gave us the room that we thought we were getting luckily no one had booked it so everything turned out great We were traveling with a young grandson and booked the family suite we thought with two bedrooms and a Jack and Jill bathroom however that’s not what we had when we got there. I highly recommend the family Suite No. 12 it has been remodeled. It’s beautiful spacious and has everything you need for a short or long period of stay. It sits just a little way out of town, which we liked.. maybe a minute away. We enjoyed our stay very much but won’t book thru Expedia again. Oh yes, and Expedia had the wrong checkout time than what the owner had on their description in Expedia we had to verify which was correct and Expedia was wrong. 😡

I had a nice relaxing evening, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean, what more can one ask for? My morning was spent out at the fire pit enjoying the sunrise, a 3-mile hike down the canyon and delicious coffee in my room! Good value for my money, I’ll be back!
