Centrally located in town, this two-bedroom townhouse is just a short walk to everything Red River has to offer. If visiting for an event, Brandenburg Park and the Conference Center are 1 block south.
This comfortable unit has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, half bath, and living/dining area on the main level. (The main level is perched above the garage and is accessible from the entryway stairs.) The living room sofa is also convertible into a queen sleeper.
On the next level are two bedrooms and two full baths (tub/showers). The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a private balcony, and a jacuzzi tub in the en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and its own bathroom. The property has a total of 1088 square feet.
There is one parking spot under the carport directly in front of the unit. The garage is not accessible to guests. Sorry, there isn't any trailer parking.
High-speed WiFi is provided making this a great choice for remote workers! No smoking. No pets. The unit has a Smart Tv. All reservations are subject to our rental terms and conditions and cancellation/refund policy. In the event of a cancelation, merchant service charges are non-refundable. Great location. Lots of stairs
These townhouse was in a great location, close to shopping and restaurants. House was nice, clean, well equipped but does have two flights of stairs that might be hard to navigate for some people.
