Primeiro dia fomos colocados em um quarto minusculo, sem janelas, banheiro muito pequeno com porta sanfonada de plástico. Pedi mudança e no dia seguinte fui atendido, mas a primeira noite foi bem complicada. Quanto ao WIFI só é liberado caso realize check - in no FaceBook, acho desnecessário isso deveria ser liberado com senha como na grande maioria dos estabelecimentos. Área externa da piscina muito boa e a localização é excelente. Os atendentes foram sempre muito simpáticos.

Estadia Porto Familly.

Localização excelente,alguns poucos funcionários super solícitos,( em destaque o rapaz que realiza a manutenção) café razoável, área externa boa, mais infelizmente abaixo das expectativas, foram feitas alguns pedidos antes mesmo do incio da estadia no local,não atendido por sinal, chuveiro com resistência queimada, no banheiro a água não escoava direito, quarto super valorizado pela pousada, mas não tinha onde pendurar duas peças de roupas, por ser final de ano,relevamos muita coisa, só esse, não foi um ponto tão positivo que fecharia o ano de 2017 com chave de ouro. Mais obrigado pela recepção como um todo!

Ótimo serviço de limpeza, tanto do quarto quanto da pousada; ótimo atendimento por parte dos funcionários; café da manhã delicioso em um ambiente aconchegante e tranquilo; ótima localização, perto de tudo, se preferir nem precisa sair de carro. As ruas são tranquilas e seguras.

Ótima pousada

A área de convívio comum é bem organizada, a piscina limpa e bem cuidada. Porém ficou faltando alguns itens no meu quarto, como sabonete e lençol. Mas é um ótimo local, em uma localidade boa, próximo a supermercado, ao centro e ao caminho que leva para maracaipe.

Excelente localização e atendimento.

Os funcionários da pousada eram sempre simpáticos e solícitos. O espaço externo à disposição dos hóspedes contava com dois ambientes com TV, mesas e cadeiras, revistas e sinuca, além do parquinho para crianças. Ficamos à vontade e com privacidade.

Péssimo Hotel

Péssima. Primeiro: Na hora do café da manhã, fica um "vigia" olhando vc comer e dizendo o que pode e o que não pode. Nunca vi isso em hotel algum. Além do café da manhã começar as 7:30 da manhã. Minha esposa gestante, precisava tomar café logo cedo e teve que esperar até as 7:30. ME senti constrangido. Segundo: Problemas no site, onde paguei por internet a diária e quando cheguei na hora ela me cobrou outro valor. Propagando enganosa. A dona mandou eu ligar pra o hotéis.com pra resolver. Oxe, passei quase 2 horas na recepção do hotel onde eu estava com o comprovante emitido pago e não pude entrar no quarto onde eu tinha pago adiantado. Ela me cobrou outro valor por uma criança de 8 anos. OBS: No site eu tinha comprado as diárias pra 1 casal e 1 criança. ELa me cobrou outro valor ao chegar. Terceiro: Wi-fi onde diz ser internet de graça, pode até ser, mas não pega. Parece um fogão a lenha. Péssimo. Precisa melhorar muito o hotel, pois este merece 1 estrela. PRIORIDADE E SEMPRE COM RAZÂO É O CLIENTE/HOSPEDE. Nunca mais me hospedo ali e não recomendo ninguém se hospedar ali e nem a passar o que passei, pois vim de longe, numa viagem de 4 horas de carro pra chegar lá e esperar 2 horas na recepção por problemas onde eu não tive culpa e fui LESADO pela dona...

Pousada com ótima localização e boa estrutura. Deixou a desejar no café da manhã, que foi de poucas opções; nos quartos, que não tinham criado mudo; no banheiro, em que a água do chuveiro não escoava e formava-se uma piscina na mesma. Precisa de reforma e modernização

Fomos recebido por profissionais sem experiência em hospedagem e recepção, o dono parece que não se preocupa em treinamento mas apenas em amedrontar aos empregados a manter o "não pode", colocaram dizeres em todo canto dizendo " não pode fazer isto ou aquilo", muito indelicado. Banheiro minúsculo e ainda com pia vazando e descolada da parede, roupa de cama amarela, muito pernilongo e marca de sangue nas paredes, a tv de 14 polegadas de tubo e pegava apenas 1 canal e muito mal, wifi que funciona. O berço dobrável que tive que pagar saiu uma barata de dentro quando foi aberto pelo gerente depois de 5 horas que já havia pedido. Tem uma boa estrutura, somente falta investir e deixar as pessoas mais a vontade. Precisa muito de novo mobiliário, mais moderno e mais limpo para amenizar os quartos minúsculos. Quanto ao expedia não enviaram minha reserva e tive que pagar direto no hotel, imagine se não tivesse vaga, qual garantia que o expedia já não havia me cobrado? Estaria perdida pois estava com 1 bebê e 1 criança de 6 anos.
