Local sujo, atendimento péssimo, fomos colocados num quarto que estava sujo com chuveiro de água gelada, a cidade é muito legal mais essa pousada estragou a minha visita, o café da manhã é bem fraco, pelo valor cobrado já fiquei em lugares muito bons

Pousada deixa a desejar

A pousada não fornece shampoo, condicionador e sabonetes. O frigobar estava desligado da tomada e tive que puxá-lo para frente e me ajoelhar no chao pra ligá-lo na tomada. Café da manhã bem básico, quarto pequeno e banheiro minúsculo. Achei muito ruim nao ter janelas no quarto e ter que fechar uma cortina pra ter privacidade porque a parede do corredor e a porta são de vidro. As paredes sao finas: ouve-se tudo dos quartos vizinhos.

Quando chegamos no quarto não tinha água quente no chuveiro, aí trocaram o quarto.. deixamos a chave para limpeza do quarto que não foi feita nem a troca das toalhas. Estacionamento não tem. O cliente tem que providenciar e pagar flanelinhas na rua. Café da manhã agradável.

Ótima localização e atendimento... O café da manhã tb tinha boas opções de comida com a possibilidade de utilizar o micro-ondas para esquentar a comida... Ao meu ver uma ótima estratégia.

Tivemos problema no ar condicionado e como a pousada estava cheia, não no relocaram. O hotel é ótimo e tem uma localização privilegiada em Porto de Galinhas e tirando esse problema, a estadia foi boa!

Muito desconfortável apenas a localização que vc daria uma nota, porque quatro é desconfortável, lençóis estão precisando de serem comprados, toalha de banho apenas uma, cafe da manhã tem várias opções porém falta mas ser organizado. Local imundo, atendimento da recepção sem nenhuma comunicação, ajuda para carregar bagagens: nenhuma, vaso sanitário entupido, banheiro com odor forte, roupa de cama e banho encardida, colchão com molas mole. Única coisa que salvou foi o ar condicionado.
