O material humano é otimo .os recepcionistas o pesdoal da copa . Mas o local em si esta ruim . Nao tinha tv a cabo .achei pessimo este detalhe . Sao pequenos que se tornam grandes Espero que melhorem Ja hsvia me hospedado la mas hoje eu nao iria mais nem recomendaria . Vcs precisam melhorar o local fisico .

Boa Localização, porem sem muito conforto as portas os cartão nao funcionam bem passamos muito tempo toda hora que saia do quarto para voltar. perdia muito tempo tentando entrar e as fechaduras sem reconhecer os cartões. café da manhã bom. mais o quarto achei pouco conforto. tudo muito pequeno.

As imagens do hotel não são fieis a realidade. O banheiro com parede e box mofados, chuveiro entupido, vaso sanitário entupia todos os dias, além disso, no último dia o ar condicionado do quarto estragou (falta de manutenção). O hotel não tem serviço de quarto.

Sem conforto para dormir

Quarto com mofo, cama desconfortável pois era para ser casal e eles simplesmente juntaram 2 camas de solteiro, café da manhã poucas opções tinha até comida crua na exposição e o andar térreo é terrível… uma zuada sem fim o dia e noite inteira.
