A estadia foi ótimo, porém faltou maiores informações de que não se tratava de um apartamento de hotel e sim de um flat particular. Seria importante listar que trata-se de um apto no Nannai Residence haja vista que há um resort com o nome de Nannai e isso gerou confusão. Seria importante também que ficasse listado o número do apartamento, pois a guarita é muito rígida e não me deixou nem entrar na recepção para verificar maiores informações. O voucher que consta no app não traz nenhum telefone de contato, apenas o telefone de contato da Hoteis.com o que não resolve. Somente a partir do acesso ao meu email é que consegui um número de telefone da proprietária e ai conseguimos resolver a situação. Porém este stress inicial poderia ter sido sanado com maiores informações nos dados do imóvel no site. A proprietária foi atenciosa e muito prestativa em todas as minhas solicitações. O apartamento é ótimo, bem localizado e confortável com todos os acessórios que se necessita. Acredito que a única falha é deixar claro na reserva que não se trata de uma unidade de um hotel, mas sim particular.
