The hotel was good

It was a nice place to stay. I made a mistake on my reservation and they fixed it for me. Shopping and pharmacy close by. For the price I recomend it. Not the Hilton, but good

The room was damped. Smelled like it. Aircon was not that effective. There were signs with notes about not making noise and entering the pool with sunprotecting crème. Both was not complied with. Other wise the staff was attentive and nice.

A pousada é bonita, tem jardim e piscina muito bem cuidados, além de uma área com redes pra relaxar. Café da manhã ótimo, muita variedade de produtos e conta ainda com tapiocas feitas na hora, uma delícia. A equipe de funcionários gentil e atenciosa. O quarto estava com cheiro de limpeza quando chegamos, a cama era confortável com colchão firme, as toalhas eram grossas e estavam com cheiro de amaciante, o banheiro tinha secador de cabelo que era eficiente. O restaurante na pousada tem um cardápio variado, as refeições são saborosas, fresquinhas e bem servidas. A região da pousada é próxima ao centrinho de Olinda e é possível caminhar por ruas estreitas com casas de fachadas históricas até a Catedral da Sé de onde a vista da cidade é magnifica. Entretanto, na região eu não achei nenhum mercado e nem farmácia próximo. Dois pontos negativos que merecem atenção para melhorar: 1) o sinal do wifi não funcionava no nosso quarto. Como estávamos de férias isso não foi um problema. Mas se acaso você precise de internet para trabalhar, não será possível usá-la no quarto, apenas na recepção ou na área da piscina onde o sinal era forte; e 2) fomos acordados cedo da manhã por alguém da pousada que estava usando um cortador de grama extremamente barulhento no jardim, seria melhor cortar a grama em um horário mais tarde, quando os hóspedes já não estão mais dormindo.

De início me chatiei pois o atendimento por telefone e whatsapp não me respondeu, e ainda fiquei sozinho na ligação por 15 minutos. Porém o atendimento dentro do hotel, na recepção e nos demais espaços foram muito bom, reduzindo minha frustração inicial, no mais, hotel limpo, bonito e organizado, além da localidade que fica próximo a muitos points. Nota 4/5 de 5.
