Summary: Good location, great staff, good value. Pros: Good location close to the beach and 30 minute walk to grocery shopping and restaurants. Good breakfast. Cheaper than most. Great service overall. Renato at the front desk speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Very helpful. Room A/C works but will take some time initially. Cons: Room is small. 2 people max. Bed is hard. Thin mattress. Water in toilet is light brown. Maybe rust. I didn't drink the tap water. Dinner in restaurant was overcooked, both times, but tasted okay. Notes: Electricity is 220V. Shower temperature control takes practice. Do not disturb sign was blown off handle by wind every day. I stayed in the building closer to the beach. Ignore dogs outside. Don't try to pet them. They ignore you.

Very friendly staff, nothing is to much trouble, reception staff, happy to accommodate any requests. Food at the properties is very good and a good selection, plenty of options with traditional Brazilian food. I definitely recommend

Close to the beach but far from restaurant option

You need to take a cab or bad uber services because in BR uber doesn't work like USA at all. Need to ask from. The hotel and be careful. Area around doesn't have nothing to do and is not safe to walk. Need to go to Cabo Downtown to have more options. Not expensive to go there with uber, less then R$10. You should try "caldinhos" and "ensopados" so good if you are allergic to fish try beans. Kids friendly.

Cama desconfortável, pequena (cama casal tamanho padrão, meu marido é grande sofreu p dormir, pagamos 3 diarias mas ficamos so 2 pq ele tava exausto sem dormir, preferiu ir embora antes e perder o dinheiro da ultima diaria). Café manha básico. A TV não funcionou, pedimos para que verificassem ninguem apareceu, no dia seguinte dalei de novo disseram que iriam ver, fui a praia e na volta a recepcionista disse que tinham consertado, entro no quarto e TV sem funcionar do mesmo jeito, desisti de pedir e passei td a estadia sem TV. No 1º dia avisei na recepção que NÃO PRECISAVA DE LIMPEZA no quarto, fui a praia e na volta, mesmo avisando q não precisava, o quarto foi "limpo", não retiraram nem o lixo das lixeiras, só arrumaram a cama, levaram nossas 2 toalhas em uso e DEIXARAM APENAS 1 TOALHA nova, fui na recepção falei o ocorrido, pedi 1 toalha o funcionário disse que nao tinha mais toalha disponivel no hotel. O ponto mais negativo de todos de fato fica em relação a equipe de funcionários, mal educados, mal humorados, sem treinamento nenhum, uma confusão p encontrar a reserva, meu checkin demorou pois estavam confundindo meu nome com outra hospede de nome igual, qdo enfim acharam minha reserva me colocaram num apto, eu me acomodei, tirei td da mala, arrumei td e qdo penso q vou poder tomar um banho, uma funcionaria bate a porta e diz que se confundiu o nosso apto era outro, tivemos q juntar td de novo e trocar de quarto, enfim, equipe péssima!
