Very friendly staff, nothing is to much trouble, reception staff, happy to accommodate any requests. Food at the properties is very good and a good selection, plenty of options with traditional Brazilian food. I definitely recommend

Close to the beach but far from restaurant option

You need to take a cab or bad uber services because in BR uber doesn't work like USA at all. Need to ask from. The hotel and be careful. Area around doesn't have nothing to do and is not safe to walk. Need to go to Cabo Downtown to have more options. Not expensive to go there with uber, less then R$10. You should try "caldinhos" and "ensopados" so good if you are allergic to fish try beans. Kids friendly.

As acomodações são simples. O hotel fica bem perto da praia e numa distância razoável do porto de Suape, para quem vem a negócios é uma boa opção, mas não tem luxos. O hotel conta com restaurante para as refeições.

Quarto bem grande, internet boa, restaurante maravilhoso( só demora um pouquinho pra chegar a comida, mas a comida maravilhosa), um pouco de barulho dos outros hóspedes que chegaram na madrugada. Na praia mais bonita que já fui.

Já foi melhor

O hotel já ofereceu melhores condições. Ponto forte: para quem está com criança, dispõe de um bar/ restaurante que facilita a vida e evita deslocamentos. No entanto, o check in foi demorado. Não havia roupa de banho disponível, apenas à noite conseguimos. Serviço de limpeza nao estava funcionando adequadamente. Em experiências anteriores não houve este tipo de problema, pode estar relacionado ao período de pós réveillon. O café da manhã atendeu bem.
