Perfeito, sem defeitos! Excelente localização, muito limpo, organizado. Além de ar condicionado nos 2 quartos ainda tem ventilador para quem for dormir na sala. Oferece toalhas de banho. Cozinha bem equipada. Excelente custo benefício!
