Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Péssima, na chegada não havia reserva, tive que tenta localizar o proprietário, o mesmo disse que tinha um outro apartamento, pedi para ver, não tinha camas, lençois, fronhas, louças, etc. Tentei resolver com hotéis.com, também não tive solução, tive que aceitar o apartamento oferecido, ficaram de levar travesseiros, colchoes, fronhas , louças etc, depois de eu ligar e cobrar levaram próximo as 22 horas. Péssimo serviço.
