A piscina e a localização são espetaculares. O mercado 24h poderia ter mais opções sem glúten. O estacionamento é excelente. Os únicos pontos fracos são a ausência de ducha higiênica no WC e de um restaurante no condomínio, mas nada que um iFood não resolva.

Eu adoro o prédio e tenho me hospedado la com freqüência por conta do meu trabalho em Recife, porém acredito que deixa a desejar na limpeza, especialmente lavagem da roupa de cama e toalhas. Sempre encontro alguma sujeira e a toalha e lençol não cheiram bem. Nessa ultima estadia particularmente presenciei um gerente bem grosseiro e com prosas inconvenientes com os funcionários, totalmente fora de ambiente. Brigando e até mesmo praticando assedio moral.

Havia uma funcionaria da Carpediem presente todos os dias no predio, ela era maravilhosa (Manu). Correu tudo bem, adorei o Tolive one, os funcionários do predio sao maravilhosos e a cobertura é linda.
