Durch die Sonneneinstrahlung heizt sich das Wohnzimmer schon an normalen Tagen (23 Grad) auf weit über dreißig Grad auf. Die Immobilie braucht einen neuen Anstrich, die Küche dürfte 30 Jahre alt sein, Geschirrspüler und Herd haben keine zeitgemäße Leistung.
