Nestled in the rolling hills of Recco, among centuries-old olive trees and the scent of the Mediterranean, Villa degli Ulivi is an exclusive retreat where privacy, elegance, and nature meet. A home designed for those who want to experience the Ligurian Riviera in style, comfort, and complete tranquility.

The location is privileged: it is located in a quiet area surrounded by greenery yet just a 7-8 minute walk from the center of Recco, meaning it can be reached quickly yet far from the noise of bars and restaurants. A perfect base for exploring some of Italy's most iconic sights, without sacrificing the tranquility and intimacy of a private villa.

THE ROOMS:
Inside, the villa welcomes guests with bright, carefully designed spaces:
• 4 double bedrooms, each with air conditioning and private bathroom; (On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms (190x170 cm) and one bedroom with a queen-size bed (190x140 cm). The fourth bedroom, also a double bedroom (190x160 cm), with air conditioning and its own bathroom, is located on the second floor, adjacent to a wonderful living room of over 100 m2.)

LIVING AREA:
• Elegant and spacious living area on the ground floor, with large windows that bring light and greenery directly into the home and overlooking a large terrace equipped with a gazebo;

POOL:
The true heart of the property, however, lies outside: a large panoramic garden that embraces the house, dotted with olive trees and plants. Here you can experience unforgettable moments by the private pool, enjoy an aperitif at sunset, or dine under the stars in the outdoor dining area. (Pool Dimensions: The pool is 6.30 m long, 4.90 m wide, 1.40 m deep at the top and 1.60 m deep at the bottom.)
Next to the pool is a convenient and modern outdoor shower, perfect after a dip or for cooling off during the hottest hours of the day.
The pool is heated but in non-summer periods, such as the months of April, May, and October, the temperature is approximately 4/5 degrees higher than the outside temperature.

HOW TO GET TO THE VILLA:
The villa can be reached from the main road from Recco to Rapallo, via a private road uphill, entering a small square (Piazzale Cile) at the base, from there it's a climb of about 100 meters.
