Ground floor: living/dining room (radio/CD player)/kitchenette, shower room, toilet, bedroom 1 (1 double bed), bedroom 2 (3 single beds, 2 of which are bunk beds). Enclosed landscaped garden of 500 m² (covered terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, 2 sun loungers, 2 deck chairs, badminton set, table tennis). Garage. Additional charges:
Cleaning fee: €80/stay; Bed linen rental (1 and 2 people): €15/bed/stay; Towel rental: €8/person/stay.
