Reading reunion.
Miserable customer service, rooms okay but other guests noisey. Asked for twin rooms, but 2 x beds next to each other is not a twin! However, met the aim of somewhere safe and clean to stay, but will think twice if booking again.

Internet speed was too slow to watch even a 10 minute youtube clip. Couldnt watch smoothely. Stoped again again..It would be good to have an option to choose for speedy internet even if it should be paid more fir the faster internet connection.

Had a good stay, staff are helpful and welcoming. Overall cleanliness was good and breakfast was nice. Would definitely recommend others to stay here and the location is the best
