Pleasant stay, value for money, handy location

Generally a nice place to stay, met our needs and not over priced. Pleasant staff, the bed was comfy, great bathroom with fast hot water, good telly etc, breakfast was good too. We didn't have any bedding for the sofa bed, I let one of the staff in the corridor know, and when we got back he had made the sofa up nicely for us.

Fantastic stay

We had an amazing 2 nights stay in 2 rooms with 3 adults and 3 children the rooms are spacious and clean and tidy. The staff where very helpful and friendly especially the welcome host for breakfast.

Generally a really good night’s sleep but the cleaners started emptying out their cleaning cupboard at 7am on a Sunday morning. It went on for 40 mins. Think our room must have been next to where they keep all the trollies and vacuums. Breakfast was busy as a weekend but had to wait for clean glasses and mugs for tea/coffee. Food was very good in both for breakfast and evening meal. No complaints there whatsoever. Staff on reception, very polite. Bar staff pleasant enough albeit a bit slow and restaurant staff were excellent.
