Located in Rayol-Canadel-sur-Mer, about 30 minutes from Saint-Tropez, Ananda is a completely independent garden-level apartment within a private estate. Enjoy complete privacy with your own entrance, private swimming pool, spacious sea-view terrace, two private parking spaces inside the property and an electric gate with remote control.

Sleeps up to 8 guests

The main accommodation comfortably sleeps 6 guests in three bedrooms.

During the high season (mid-July to mid-August), a separate air-conditioned studio with its own bathroom is automatically included in the rental. It accommodates two additional guests, increasing the total capacity to 8.

During the low and mid-season, the studio is available as an optional extra. It is especially appreciated by elderly guests or anyone who is sensitive to heat. If you choose not to rent it, it will never be occupied by other guests during your stay.

From the living room, the terrace, the studio and the swimming pool, you can enjoy magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Îles du Levant.

The large exotic hardwood deck is perfect for relaxing throughout the day. The spacious terrace is ideal for outdoor dining, and a built-in barbecue is available whenever local fire regulations permit its use.

Walk to the beach

The beautiful sandy beach of Le Canadel, its restaurants and its small jetty are only about a 7-minute walk away, allowing you to enjoy the sea without needing your car.

The village centre of Rayol, with its bakery, butcher, supermarket, pharmacy, doctor's office, tobacconist and other shops, is just a 2-minute drive away or a pleasant 15-minute walk via the charming Chemin des Pignes, the former route of the historic "Train des Pignes".

Everything you need for a perfect holiday

The apartment features a bright open-plan living and dining area overlooking the sea, a fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. A baby cot can be provided upon request.

The kitchen includes a large fridge-freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and everything you need to prepare meals comfortably.

To make your journey easier, the beds are made before your arrival, and we provide bed linen as well as two towels per guest.

Location

Such a beautiful spot. The location is as good as it gets, amazing views from the terrace and a short walk to a trily beautiful beach. The accommodation is very nice, we think we would ha e enjoyed having the studio as well as it looks out onto the terrace and the view, probably worth paying the extra for. Will definitely stay again.

De locatie is fantastisch, het contact met de verhuurders/eigenaars verliep ook zeer vlot. Een kinderstoel en kinderbedje werden ter beschikking gesteld. Helaas was de matras van de masterbedroom aan vervanging toe; de andere matrassen waren wel goed. Alle zichtbare oppervlakken waren net en proper, helaas niet zo onder de zetels, bedden, of aan de hoge ramen. Het zwembad werd correct onderhouden.

Endroit magnifique!

Nous avons passé 1 semaine dans cet endroit exceptionnel de Rayol Canadel! La location est conforme au descriptif. Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la mer, à 5 minutes à pied de la villa. Petite plage très tranquille et magnifique! Nous avons eu une semaine très très chaude, aussi, la piscine était très appréciable même si la température de l'eau était trop chaude pour véritablement se rafraîchir. Comme il n'y a pas de climatisation dans l'appartement (nous n'avions pas loué le studio pour 2 personnes, qui lui, est climatisé), il a été impossible de faire baisser la température la nuit, malgré les ventilateurs. Pour des personnes sensibles à la chaleur, ça peut être problématique.Nous avons cependant trouvé un appartement très propre et très bien équipé. Annette est très réactive et n'étant pas sur place lors de notre séjour, c'est Fred, le gardien des lieux qui nous a accueilli et qui a été très sympathique avec nous! Je recommande ce rez de villa pour l'endroit calme et reposant, loin de l'agitation des grandes stations balnéaires de la Côte d'Azur!

Très bel hébergement à quelques minutes à pied de la plage

Nous avons été ravis de séjourner deux semaines à la villa Ananda. L'hébergement au RDC est très agréable et offre une vue magnifique sur la mer. Rayol-Canadel est une petite commune tranquille dans un cadre naturel magnifique, et constitue un bon point de départ pour découvrir les plus beaux coins de la côte varoise, en particulier la presqu'île de Saint-Tropez et les îles du parc national de Port-Cros ainsi que l'arrière-pays du massif des Maures. Un grand merci à Fred, qui s'occupe de la propriété et nous a très gentiment offert son aide à la suite d'un petit problème de crevaison !

Schöne 2 Wochen Urlaub

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in einem wirklich tollem Haus. Das Highlight ist der absolut traumhafte Ausblick, den man von der Terasse aus in Richtung Meer und Küste hat, und auch von dem schönen Pool aus geniessen kann. Annette ist eine sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin, und auch "Hausmeister" Fred ist super sympatisch. Durch den Aufbau des Hauses hat man das Gefühl, die Villa für sich zu haben. Alles in Allem also wirklich empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank !

Schöne Unterkunft

Eine schöne, geräumige, saubere Ferienwohnung, mit guter Austattung und einem sehr kurzen Weg zum Strand (allerdings ist es sehr steil und man sollte eher gut zu Fuß sein). Die Kommunikation mit Annette war nett und problemlos. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt und man konnte den Außenbereich gut nutzen. Allerdings fanden wir den Fußweg nach Rayol sehr abenteuerlich (viel befahrene Straße) und holten unser frisches Gebäck dann doch lieber kurz mit dem Auto. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt und können sie guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. :)

Die sehr liebenswürdige Vermieterin hat uns nett empfangen und den Urlaub überaus angenehm gestaltet. Sie wohnt in der Etage über der Ferienwohnung, sie ist aber maximal einmal am Tag mit dem Auto leise vor der Terrasse vorbeigefahren. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend und der sehr saubere Pool immer für eine Abkühlung gut. Empfehlenswert: Morgens einen ca. 20 Minütigen Spaziergang über den Fuß/Radweg „la voie verte“ oberhalb der Küste nach le Rayol machen und mit frischem Baguette und Croissants zum Frühstück zurückkehren.

Schöner Aufenthalt trotz kleiner Mängel

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Lage ist optimal, der Garten ist sehr schön. Die Kommunikation hat wunderbar funktioniert und wir wurden sehr nett behandelt. Eine Mängel haben wir leider trotzdem erlebt. Der Pool wurde nicht sauber gemacht, was etwas schade war, da viele Insekten und Blätter rein geflogen sind. Wir haben das Haus auch leider nicht perfekt sauber angetroffen. Trotzdem muss man eine Reinigung zahlen, was wir als etwas hoch empfinden. Ein großes Problem war, dass die Tür im Form eines Fensters, sich nicht abschließen lassen hat. Unser größter Mangel ist die Angabe von mehreren WC‘s, da es leider nur eins gibt für 6 Leute. Einen Raum mit Dusche kann man nicht als WC bezeichnen. Für die Nutzung einer weiteren Toilette mussten wir extra 100€ Aufpreis zahlen. Leider wurde an dem Haus scheinbar länger nichts mehr gemacht, was wir etwas schade fanden, vor allem bei einem relativ hohen Preis pro Woche, wäre es super, wenn zumindest funktionierende Ventilatoren oder ein Klimagerät vorhanden wären. Ein kleiner Vorschlag wäre, zumindest ein Mückennetz an den Fenstern, da wir nicht die Möglichkeit hatten Nachts genug Luft im Raum zu haben, ohne die Fenster zu öffnen. Wir sind trotz der Mängel sehr glücklich mit unserem Urlaub und freuen uns auf das nächste Mal in Frankreich zu sein.

An wunderschöner Lage mit traumhaftem Blick aufs Mittelmeer gelegene Parterrewohnung in geräumiger Villa mit viel Privatsphäre, eigenem Pool, geschmackvoller Gestaltung und Einrichtung. Zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten am kleinen Strand, Spazier-, Velo-und Wanderweg der Küste entlang. Das Meer kristallklar an der gesamten wunderschönen Côte d' Azur. Die Gastgeber sehr freundlich, diskret und hilfsbereit. Es ist reichlich Geschirr vorhanden, was auch Sinn macht mit Geschirrspülmaschine, jedoch könnte man dieses mal durchsortieren und solches mit abgeschlagenen Stellen oder Sprüngen entfernen- es hätte immer noch genug. Für uns passte dies nicht ganz ins stilvolle Gesamtbild, ansonsten war aber alles top. Die Alarmanlage beim Pool mit kleinen Kindern sicher sinnvoll, für uns zwischendurch leicht herausfordernd...Aber auch dies eine Bagatelle. Wir konnten uns wunderbar erholen und kommen gerne wieder!

Schönes Haus, tolle Lage

Wir haben hier eine Woche verbracht im September und das Haus ist sehr schön mit schöner Terrasse und einem schönen Pool. Die Lage ist nahe am Strand , 5-10 Gehminuten . Die Landschaft ist wunderbar und es gibt in der Nähe eine Bäckerei und eigenen Supermarkt (3 fahrminuten). Der Strand ist sehr schön und sauber . Es ist einfach mal einen Tagesausflug nach St Tropez oder Gassin oder Ramatuelle zu machen. Die Zimmer sind schön und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Würden hier immer wieder hingehen!

Schönes Haus in toller Lage

Wir, als Familie mit 4 Personen haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen in der Villa Sangha verbracht. Die Vermiter sind sehr nett und haben uns ganz herzlich empfangen. Die Buchungsabwicklung verlief völlig problemlos. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Als besonders angenehm empfanden wir die Klimaanlage. Für jedes Schlafzimmer kann man seine individuelle Wohlfühltemperatur einstellen. Der große Pool mit Außendusche hat uns viel schöne Stunden beschert. Auf dem Grundstück ist Platz für 3 Autos. Das Grundstück selber ist durch ein elektrisches Tor abgeschlossen. Was ebenfalls noch ganz toll war, war die Nähe zum Strand. Eben noch einmal schnell zum Strand runter zum Baden, 5 min zu Fuß. Keine Parkplatzsuche, kein lässtiges Umziehen der nassen Badesachen am Strand, Handtuch über die Schulter und zurück zum Haus...genial. Die Staße an der Küste entlang ist sehr schön, immer wieder hat man eine tolle Aussicht auf das Meer und die schönen Buchten mit ihrem klaren Wasser. Nach St. Tropez sind es ca. 45-50 Autominuten. Kleiner Tipp...wenn man vor hat St. Tropez zu besuchen, sollte man spätestens um 10 Uhr da sein, ansonsten steht man vor St. Tropez sehr lange im Stau. Wir können die Villa Sangha uneingeschrenkt weiter empfehlen.

Endroit et environnement sympathique

La villa est agréable et la propriétaire sympathique. Il y a de l'espace pour garer les véhicules, jouer aux boules, faire le barbecue et farnienter à l'hombre ou au soleil vers la piscine selon envie.

La villa a tenu ses promesses: propreté, confort, charme méditerranéen,

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour par un temps magnifique dans une villa pleine de charme à proximité du village où l'on trouve tout ce qu'il faut pour une famille de 7 personnes. Le pays environnant offre une multiplicité de ballades à pied, en vélo et en voiture qui permettent de découvrir la garrigue toute fleurie à cette période de l'année et qu'elle diversité de fleurs!!

trop bien

on y prend goût et c'est avec plaisir que l'on retrouve cette villa ou tout est organisé pour des vacances inoubliables! nous y reviendrons en 2017 pour la 4ieme fois. Marie & Hugues
