Not great, not bad, kind of just mediocre. Rooms were not well insulated so hard to regulate the temperature and could hear guests in the rooms on all sides just talking conversationally. My family and I stayed here for nearly two weeks and had a wonderful experience. The staff were always helpful, friendly, and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location is excellent—close to restaurants, supermarkets, and the ocean. For swimming, the best nearby beach is just a 10-minute drive away. we had a pool room off the patio however there was no ladder to enter or exit the pool....what's the point the lead photo of the property shows a fantastic looking beach with the caption direct access. there is no direct access because there is no beach. beach loungers umbrellas towels. There is no Beach. 100 yards away there are rock walls. 500 yards away there a sandy area where a couple dozen longboats shore up. Hotels.com had this place listed as a 5 Star luxury hotel. Not a chance, more like 2 to 3 stars at best. Room was OK, but all communal areas needed a good clean and breakfast was awful with plastic plates! I am not a child, and we are not camping. Sandy floors everywhere, toilet in breakfast room was a health hazard. Elevator was really dirty with stains on all walls. Hotels.com - You need to downgrade this hotel accordingly.
