This holiday cottage is located in the Normandy-Maine Regional Natural Park in Ravigny, on the border of the Mayenne (Mont des Avaloirs), Sarthe (Alpes Mancelles), and Orne (Saint-Céneri-le-Gérei: one of France's most beautiful villages). The hilly terrain offers remarkable views of the bocage countryside. La Muletière is near Mont des Avaloirs (the highest point of the Armorican Massif at 417m).

Numerous hiking trails are nearby. It is 3km from the VéloScénie Paris/Mont-Saint-Michel cycle route, near Saint-Denis-sur-Sarthon.
La Muletière is a spacious 130m² cottage with large living areas on the ground floor, two bathrooms/shower rooms, a separate toilet, and three bedrooms. There is a sheltered terrace overlooking the garden and a very large 1500m² garden where children love to play! A swing is also provided. Unfenced property.

Less than an hour away, enjoy the spa town of Bagnoles de l'Orne, with its casinos and thermal baths.
Shops: Saint Denis sur Sarthon (2.5km), Saint Pierre des Nids (6km), Pré-en-Paille (10km), Alençon (10km). Your accommodation is on a 4,500m² plot of land, unfenced. The owners live nearby. On the ground floor: a large living room (31m²) opening onto a fully equipped kitchen area (24m²) (dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, 4-burner electric hob). Shower room with shower cubicle, washbasin and vanity unit, washing machine, towel warmer. Separate WC.

On the first floor: mezzanine area, bedroom (1) 12m² with two single beds (90x200cm), bedroom (2) with two twin beds and a wardrobe, bedroom (3) with one double bed (140x190cm) and a wardrobe, bathroom with bathtub and vanity unit. Hairdryer.
