Ich buchte im Februar diesen einwöchigen Aufenthalt mit nur Übernachtung und Frühstück. Als wir im Hotel angekommen sind, wurde uns ein extrem kleines Zimmer zugeteilt. Dieses Zimmer haben wir gleich bei Ankunft moniert und fragten nach einem Alternativzimmer. Uns wurde dann in der Seitenstraße außerhalb vom Hotel ein Appartement zur Verfügung gestellt. Diese Unterkunft war genau so abgerockt und schäbig eingerichtet wie das kleine Hotelzimmer. Zum einem war die Duschvorrichtung defekt, zum anderen klingelte jeden Morgen um 8 Uhr die Dame vom Housekeeping. Wie sich während des Aufenthalts herausstellte waren im selben Komplex auch die Animateure untergebracht. Was allem die Krone aufsetzt ist die Aussage vom Hotelpersonals, dass die Buchung ein Fehler seie. Es sei zum einen der Preis vom Februar und nicht vom August und zum anderen wäre laut Internetportal es gar nicht möglich nur Übernachtung mit Frühstück im August zu buchen. Ich habe durch Zufall im Juli für einen Freund die selbe Option geprüft, da war es kein Problem ohne Halb/Vollpension zu buchen. Der Hotelparkplatz war auch ständig überfüllt, so dass man sich außerhalb einen Parkplatz suchen musste. Einziges Plus geht an das Strandpersonal, da hat alles gepasst.

Je trouve que pour le prix la chambre proposée est très modeste la literie est très décevante j'ai eu mal au dos pendant 7 jours le petit déjeuner très mauvaises surprises café jus de fruits industriels presque aucun fruits proposez un énorme choix de confiture sous forme de buffet choses très risible vive le pain et les biscottes. Les horaires de piscine sont aberrant la piscine est fermé de midi à 15h30 si vous voulez profiter du soleil ce sera sur les transats payant aucun tarif pour les clients de l'hôtel sauf pour la pension complète même pas 10 % de remise rien du tout. C'est assez décevant car au final ils proposent un hôtel avec piscine mais elle n'est pas utilisable souvent. Parking qui peut proposer 30 places à peu près pour le triple de chambre il nous est arrivé souvent de se garer à l'extérieur faute de place. Cependant le personnel est très à l'écoute disponible et vraiment respectueux les soirées à thème organisé par l'hôtel et l'équipe d'animation sont superbe sauf une animatrice qui se prénomme Zora qui était très froide mal poli et vraiment pas accueillante c'est désagréable de se faire regarder de travers alors qu'on est client de l'hôtel surtout quand on la surprends à faire des messes basses. Le prix est vraiment inadéquat par rapport à la situation géographique et les restaurants aux alentours où l'on mange souvent à la bonne franquette
