The spacious backyard includes a private bar, sun loungers, and a dining area, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Enjoy the indoor heated pool, open seasonally from June to October. (Pool towels are not provided.) Essentials like fresh linens, towels, coffee, and more are provided. Ideal for family retreats or romantic getaways.

This elegant and comfortable home is thoughtfully designed to meet all your needs. Enjoy spacious living areas filled with natural light, a modern kitchen, a cozy bedroom with a private bathroom, and dedicated spaces including a game room, private gym, and study. Perfect for long stays and relaxing getaways.

The indoor heated pool (25-29 ºC) is available from June to October. The backyard features a private bar, sun loungers, and an outdoor dining area, ideal for sipping drinks at sunset or hosting friends for a delightful evening. This home offers a peaceful retreat for families and couples alike.

Pool use: The pool is open seasonally from June to October and is regularly cleaned. Please note that pool towels are not provided, so we kindly ask you to bring your own.

Quiet hours: Please respect neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after 10 PM.

Pets: We share our home with a cat, so please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet, it may not always be possible. That said, if you have an allergy or any concern about the cat, we’re happy to make arrangements for her to stay elsewhere during your visit. Just let us know ahead of time, thank you for your understanding.

No smoking: Smoking indoors is prohibited. There is a designated smoking area in the garden.

Long stays: We welcome stays of 7 days or more, with optional extra cleaning and linen changes available.

Security cameras: There are 3 security cameras located outside the house. (1 backyard , 1 front yard, 1 doorbell)

An automatic pet feeder with water dispenser is available in the home.
