In the middle of several fells

The location is excellent in the middle of several fells. Good hiking trails and scenic walking trails (and cross-country skiing tracks in winter) start from the hotel. The restaurant of the hotel is one of the best in Lapland. The breakfast buffet is excellent, too. It also includes local specialties, e.g. spruce shoot fruitie, lingonberry vanilla smoothie and cloudberry jam. The log building is historical (built in 1948) but unfortunately the rooms need renovation. They are quite cozy but many small details are worn out. Sleep quality was excellent. I didn't hear any noise except the sound of water in the pipes. My bathroom was very small. This hotel is excellent if you are searching for a down-to-earth wilderness hotel but don't expect any luxury accommodation.

Rauhallinen sijainti suoraan Pallastunturin juurella: reittivaihtoehtoja tunturiin heti hotellin pihalta! Majoituttu syyskuussa 2024 lomalla. Tilavat huoneet. Ilmaiset opaspalvelut mukava plussa. PÀÀasiassa patikoitiin omaan tahtiin, mutta esim. iltakÀvely oppaan johdolla tunturin juurelle katsomaan revontulia oli kiva lisÀ! Myös iltaisin vaihtelevaa pientÀ ohjelmaa oppaiden johdolla (esim. kaitafilmit Pallaksen historiasta olivat kiva). Valittaisiin majapaikaksi ehdottomasti uudestaankin!

Aito Lapin tunnelma

Ihana tilava perinteinen hotelli upealla Pallastunturin alueella.
