The space

Guests have a separate, private entrance to a large, stylish room with King-size bed, TV, wardrobe, work desk and 2 comfortable chairs around a coffee table.
Through a doorway into a kitchenette. Although not a full kitchen, it is equipped with a microwave, undercounter fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle, giving you everything needed to prepare a quick ready-meal or light breakfast/lunch. (Please note - no kitchen plumbing/sink).
This flanks a bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin.
Guests are welcome to make use of all parts of the outside property including the formal garden, the various paddocks, the river and the bridge.
