On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living room equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning, with direct access to a 20 m2 terrace. Adjacent to the living area, a fully equipped kitchen features a dining table and provides everything needed for comfortable self-catering stays. A shower and WC complete the ground floor facilities. On the upper floor, the first of the 2 bedrooms is furnished with a French bed measuring 200 cm x 200 cm and benefits from both satellite TV and air conditioning, with direct access to an 8 m2 balcony. The second bedroom features a French bed measuring 160 cm x 200 cm and is also equipped with satellite TV. A second shower and WC serves the upper floor. Both the terrace and balcony are furnished for outdoor relaxation, with deck chairs available for your comfort, and the property enjoys a partial view of the sea.
