The second bedroom also has a double bed (160 cm wide and 200 cm long), air conditioning, and a terrace exit. The ground floor kitchen is equipped with two hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, two gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, with an exit to the terrace. There is also a shower room with a bidet and a toilet.

On the upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, you will find a living/dining room with satellite TV and air conditioning, leading to a veranda.
