My son and I were delighted to return to your hotel after looking forward to the trip for months. I could not believe that when we walked into reception, Marvel immediately recognized us! In that moment, I truly felt like I was home. Even though our stay unexpectedly coincided with the start of the regional conflict, your staff remained calm, professional, and kind throughout. While there were moments of uncertainty, the combination of Hilton’s hospitality and the UAE’s protection created a real sense of safety and comfort for us during a frightening time. Lava at reception was incredibly helpful and reassuring as circumstances constantly changed. Grace in the restaurant was truly an angel — checking on me when I was sick and always offering a smile and kind words during stressful moments. Subin also remembered my son and me immediately, and he was wonderful throughout our stay. My son thinks he is awesome! We would also like to thank Ganjaji for helping make our stay memorable. Please also thank management for keeping things calm and organized, especially while assisting guests extending stays and showing passports. We especially appreciated the extra hospitality staff who patiently guided guests during long lines and stressful moments. We left deeply grateful for your staff, your beautiful resort, and the hospitality of the UAE. We truly hope to return again very soon. Thank you again for everything. We had a wonderful two-night stay at Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island with our 9-month-old baby. From the very beginning, the experience was smooth and welcoming—the reception team kindly upgraded our room to a top category, which made our stay even more comfortable. They also upgraded our package from All-Inclusive to Dine Around, giving us access to multiple restaurants and bars across the resort (with a selected menu), which was a nice added touch. The atmosphere was very family-friendly, and we all truly enjoyed our time there. The food quality and variety were good overall, though there is still some room for improvement. Overall, a very pleasant and relaxing stay—we would definitely consider coming back.
