Our room was right next to lobby where the overnight female desk attendant let a college hockey team drink and flirt with her until 630am while they were yelling loudly at each other, playing a huge jenga while smashing them to the ground and playing pool,- basically treated the lounge as a bar, keeping us up all night. There also was absolutely NO hot water!!! Not in the evening or in the am!

Good place to stay

Was a busy weekend but the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast lady was the best! She helped the little kids get their food and kept the breakfast area stocked and clean!

This was a great place to stay. It met our expectations; was clean and accommodating. The check is was rough. They were behind and check in was almost an hour late. When finally checked in they were still cleaning the room so I helped the housekeeper get our room ready. The property description said there was a roll away bed but there was not. Can hear the people above on next floor walking and moving around. Overall good stay.

Great weekend stay

We had a great stay at Tru. We stayed for 2 nights with our dog. The front desk staff were always nice and answered any questions we had. Our room was very clean. When I booked our rooms, I mentioned that we would be traveling with our dog and they accommodated us by putting us near the stairs so we can easily take our dog outside for walks and to use the bathroom. Our dog sometimes is spooked by noisy hallways and neighbors but he was very comfortable because it was quiet. The breakfast was great. The breakfast attendant was very nice and kept the food fresh and the area was very clean.
