The heating system in our rm did not work well. After the room warmed. It began blowing cool air regardless of the temp. We moved the temp up to 90 degrees and still was blowing cool air.

It was close to the eye institute which was good for us. The bedspread had stains on it. And the tile near the edge of the bathroom floor was pretty grundgey
