Close to Hospital.

This hotel is dated, especially the bathroom in our accommodations. The absolute best thing about this hotel is the staff! I interacted with 5 different staff members and each was superb! The breakfast is just so-so. My largest complaint is it is overpriced for the facility. We chose to stay there because of the proximity to the hospital as my husband had an early morning procedure the next day. I believe the hotel takes advantage of this.

We had an early morning appointment nearby and it was extremely convenient to stay here. The hotel was clean, quiet and I loved the breakfast room. The staff was extremely helpful when I messed up my reservation. The only issue I had was trying to use the spa. It was filled with children. Children don't belong in hot tubs but I don't know there is anything the hotel staff could do to prevent it when their parents were also in the tub.

Super clean and flexible property.

This hotel is amazing. We were in town because we had a baby in the NICU. When our baby was released they allowed us to cancel remaining nights so easily. That saved us money at a time that really could have hurt. Hotel is also clean and well cared for. We will definitely stay here again if we ever need to be in the hospital again.

Clean spacious rooms.

Last second trip because of a hospital stay. This hotel has VERY spacious rooms, and was so affordable. They even had a wheel chair in entryway. Clutch.

They assigned a different room than the type i booked. The toilet did not flush properly, i asked that the bathroom be cleaned daily and it wasn't Shower head would not stay positioned at resonable height you had to hold it up with one hand unless you were 3 feet tall

My 11 year old daughter made herself a waffle at the continental breakfast and while she was eating her waffle; she took a bite and she removed a piece of glass from her mouth. This was reported to staff who then said they would tell management Monday morning 3/17/25.
