This was a family trip. We had an amazing time in Rapid City, and the surrounding areas! Our hotel stay was wonderful! The Hotel staff was very friendly, always, great breakfast with many options, very clean, and had all the amenities we needed, and the location is great!! We would definitely stay there again!!!

The staff was very friendly and informative. The room is spacious and clean except the mini fridge wasn't cleaned out from the previous guests. I found the beds to be super comfy!

Our main problem was that there was not exhaust fan in bathroom - nothing dried very well because of that. If there was a fan and it wasn't working, that would be one thing, but no fan was there?? That seems strange, never been in a room without a fan.

This is the perfect location when travelling to Rapid City for health care appointments. It has always been neat, clean and well kept. Offers a nice variety of breakfast options. Definitely my go to place to stay for these visits.

Close to Hospital.

This hotel is dated, especially the bathroom in our accommodations. The absolute best thing about this hotel is the staff! I interacted with 5 different staff members and each was superb! The breakfast is just so-so. My largest complaint is it is overpriced for the facility. We chose to stay there because of the proximity to the hospital as my husband had an early morning procedure the next day. I believe the hotel takes advantage of this.
