Elegant and cozy apartment with a beautiful terrace in Rapallo center.

Located in the center of Rapallo, this apartment features two double bedrooms, both either with terrace or balcony, one bathroom, super-equipped kitchen, dining room with table and chairs and living room with sofa. The real heart of the house is the private garden equipped with outdoor furniture, tables, chairs and deck chairs, ideal for outdoor meals as well as drinks at sunset.
‘A Terrace on Rapallo’ is located in the city center but does not overlook the main streets, and is therefore a very quiet accommodation, ideal for those looking for relaxation. Convenient to all services and shops, it is 10 minutes walk from the station and the bus stop for the Riviera is located at the bottom of the private road. As for parking, you will also have access to a private parking space at no additional cost.

Famous for being the site of important peace treaties after the First World War, the city of Rapallo is located on the western part of Gulf Tigullio, and is also known for its seafront and the Sanctuary of Nostra Signora di Montallegro. The sumptuous defensive castle of Rapallo overlooks the ligurian sea and it's surrounded by small beaches, bordered by the fabulous Lungomare Vittorio Veneto. Do not miss the only one of the five remaining doors of the ancient “Borgo Murato”, the “Porta delle Saline”, which overlooks the sea and houses the Baroque altar with the Madonna di Montallegro.

Convenient to all services and shops, it is 10 minutes walk from the station and the bus stop for the Riviera is located at the bottom of the private road. The closest airport of Genoa Cristoforo Colombo is around 40 km away from the apartment.

Bella ma trascurata

Sono stata in questo appartamento nel weekend del 1 maggio con la mia famiglia. La casa in generale è molto bella, con 2 bagni, 2 camere da letto e un bel giardino. Peccato però la pulizia, non proprio elevata. La casa inoltre si vede che è poco curata, ci sono i muri che si stanno scrostando, tanta polvere sui mobili e ho trovato anche diverse impronte sulle finestre (questo quindi mi fa capire che non è stata proprio pulita bene prima del nostro arrivo). Inoltre abbiamo trovato un cartone di latte già aperto in frigo. Peccato perché basterebbe poco per renderla perfetta.Tra le cose positive però c’è la posizione, a soli 15 minuti a piedi dal centro di Rapallo. Anche la signora che ci ha accolto è stata comunque molto gentile e disponibile, consigliandoci qualche posto dove andare a mangiare e visitare. In conclusione quindi direi, appartamento bello ma non curato. Peccato. Basterebbe qualche cura in più e sicuramente avrebbe molto più successo.

Fantastisch!

Großartige Lage, schöner typischer Ort. Alles wichtige vor Ort, Lebensmittelladen, 2 Restaurants..., wenige Auto Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Wohnung wie beschrieben, sehr schöne, authentische Einrichtung . Fantastischer Ausblick von großer, teilweise überdachter Terrasse! Vermieter außerordentlich herzlich und hilfsbereit, immer ansprechbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Poca manutenzione

Un'appartamento ben arredato con balconi e piccolo giardino perfetto per chi viaggia con i cani, purtroppo manca la manutenzione di questa casa, ringhiere scrostate, serramenti e porte vecchie tapparelle non funzionanti questa è stata la cosa più grave abbiamo cenato al buio senza poter vedere fuori dalla finestra. La sensazione è che pur sapendo che la tapparella era rotta non hanno provveduto a sistemarla, non consiglio il pernottamento in questa casa.

découverte de Rapallo des environs et de Gênes Appartement bien situé spacieux immergé dans le quotidien des habitants de la localité avec une terrasse et un jardin exceptionnel pour l endroit Avoir deux salle de bains est d un confort certain , mais l une est à rénover l: a robinetterie date des années 70 et les coins de la cabine de douche sont incrustés de moisissure La cuisine nécessiterait une rénovation partielle également ( la hotte hors d'âge est également hors d'usage )

L'appartement est difficile d'accès en voiture. Il n'y a pas de ventilateurs. Voisinages très bruyants Les plages sont toutes privées, pas d'accès en fin de journée car ce sont des concessions... Nous sommes restés 2 jours au lieu de 6, grosse déception

Alles ordentlich und gut

Liegt in einem Wohngebiet mit mehrstöckigen Wohnhäusern aus den 70/ 80 Jahren, was auf den Fotos nicht zu erkennen ist. Obwohl die lebhafte, quirliche Stadt nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt ist, war es wirklich unglaublich ruhig und erholsam.

appartamento molto grande anche se datato sono state fatte migliorie, comodo il posto auto. personalmente troppo lontano dal mare per poterci andare a piedi, comodo il giardinetto essendo andata con il cane. P.S. attenzione ai ladri!

Relax

L'appartamento è ampio e nonostante l'arredamento sia un po' datato ha tutti i comfort necessari. Bello il giardino da sfruttare soprattutto nella bella stagione. Inoltre molto utile il posto auto.
