Welcome to a holiday that combines the cottage life with modern comfort! This spacious and well-equipped log cabin is located in the middle of Ranua's peaceful and beautiful lakeside nature - only 117 km southeast of Rovaniemi and approx. 37 km east of Ranua.

The cabin is located about 30 meters from the clear-water lake Koirajärvi and the courtyard crowns the experience: you have your own lakeside sauna, a relaxing outdoor whirlpool, a summer kitchen, a storage building and a large, continuous terrace that connects all the buildings and the shore pier. The main house is 112 square meters in size and was built in 2008. On the ground floor there is a spacious and bright living room that connects to a well-equipped kitchen. In addition, there is one bedroom on the ground floor with a 170 cm wide double bed. There is also a separate toilet, a washroom and an electric sauna on the ground floor, which offer the opportunity to relax comfortably from everyday life. The upper floor is an open loft space that can easily accommodate a larger group. The loft has two 180 cm wide double beds and one 160 cm wide double bed, and if desired, these beds can also be arranged as separate beds. So there is enough space and flexibility for even a larger group.

The seaside sauna building, approximately 20 square meters in size, completes the whole with its atmosphere. In the sauna, you can traditionally steam with a wood-burning stove, and the building also has a cozy fireplace room, where two guests can enjoy 2 x 90 cm wide beds in their own privacy. The sauna building's dressing room also has a composting toilet, which adds convenience, especially in the summer.

You don't have to compromise on anything in this cottage - our outdoor whirlpool invites you to relax under the starry sky, regardless of the season. The summer kitchen allows you to prepare delicious barbecue meals while enjoying the outdoors, and the pier offers a peaceful place to take a dip in the lake or just sit and admire the scenery. A large, continuous terrace brings the entire yard together, making your stay effortless and comfortable.

Here you can spend an atmospheric weekend, a week or a longer holiday – whether you are traveling with family, friends or even a work group!
The cottage caretakers welcome guests and can help arrange activities, such as making a ski track in winter or organizing fishing trips in summer.

Children's equipment: Baby bed and high chair are provided if needed without additional charge.

Freely available: 3 pairs of snowshoes, canoe, life jackets, sledge, various games, basic fishing equipment, 2 skates, basic ice fishing equipment. Possibility to rent an ATV or snowmobile, inquiries and reservations directly from the owner.

The cottage beach is gently sloping and mostly sandy, but caution must be exercised when entering the water on the pier.
