Spanning 89 square metres, you’ll find single-story comfort combined with a pleasant living experience.
The spacious living area is complemented by a modern, open kitchen and a dining area.
The built-in kitchen features a refrigerator and freezer, an induction cooktop, an oven, a coffee maker (4-cup filter), a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, and a kettle.
The spacious adjoining dining area is comfortably and conveniently furnished.
In the living area, you’ll find a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and a reading nook.
From this area, you have direct access to the terrace and the garden surrounding the semi-detached house.
The terraces and garden invite you to linger. Throughout the day, you can choose whether you’d prefer a shady spot or a sunny spot in the garden. Thanks to the unique location, you can enjoy both shade and sun all day long.
Garden furniture and a grill are available for your use. You can hang your laundry to dry on a rotary clothesline in the garden.
Two bedrooms are at your disposal.
One is furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2 m). The second bedroom features a double bed (140 x 2 m) as well as a small flat-screen TV with a DVD player.

The modern bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower and a bathtub, invites you to relax and unwind.

What makes it special:
You can step directly into the garden through the utility room, where the washing machine and dryer are located.

The garden shed is a great place to store bicycles or children’s toys you’ve brought along.

We provide free access to the German landline and cell phone networks as well as Wi-Fi, and our parking spaces right in front of the house are also free of charge.
