Not the best
I stayed here with my mum for 1 night. The bed was comfy but the pillow was so hard and lumpy. I wished I'd brought my own. The radiator in our room continuously made tapping and clicking sounds that kept me awake until I had to switch it off and then it was fine. The noise from other guests coming in, banging doors and being generally loud talking disturbed us until the early hours. The hotel could do with signs dotted around reminding guests to be quiet when going to their rooms as other guests might be sleeping. Also there was a very distinct smell of smoke in the hall. Breakfast was ok, but for how much we paid I expected something better. There was only a choice of scrambled egg which wasn't very nice and the sausages and bacon were literally rock hard where they'd been sat there so long. Overall I wouldn't stay at this hotel again and probably wouldn't stay in an ibis again.
