Not at all what I expected but it was ok. The outside of the property is dated and under construction but the room was very nice. Very basic, no frills hotel. Breakfast was ok, just the basics. The location is good. Store, bakery, restaurants within walking distance.

Is a good hotel to spend a night. Food is reasonable. Room was very hot. Mosquito outside cannot open the window. Since the hotel is carpeted, heavy carpet freshener smell throughout the hotel. The smell is not present and not welcoming.

Close to a town

Very nice small hotel with an attached restaurant. This was a one night stay and the room was adequate for the 3 of us. We left early so did not get to try the breakfast. It was quiet and comfortable.

It was very clean and adequate for a few nights. The breakfast was simple and small but fine for the price. The bus stop from the capital station Mjodd was so close. If you're not looking for bells and whistles this place fits the bill. I would stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located on route 1, not much around it, we stayed there our last night in Iceland finishing our ring road. We have to say it is just a limited hotel with little amenities, but we had our best lamb steak dinner there during our Iceland trip.
