The room was clean but did not look like the Expedia pictures at all! Also, the water pressure was non-existent and you had to turn on the hot water and wait up to 15 minutes for it to get warm (they have a sign taped to the shower door). We were on the first floor and the noise from people walking above us was terrible.

Upon arrival the motel looked beautiful, when entering the room. We noticed a smell and dead bugs all over the window seal. There were bugs crawling on our table and the floor. Might just be due to the season.

Clean, but not what was advertised.

The pictures of the "suite" and the actual "suite" were not anything alike. The description claimed to be a 2-bedroom suite, but when we arrived (with another couple, there were not two bedrooms, just 2 beds which was very uncomfortable for 2 couples who expected privacy. These were not separate rooms. There were no doors and if one couple needed to use the bathroom, they had to walk past the other couple's bed. There was no privacy. Also, only 2 coffee mugs, no plates, etc. What's the point of getting a suite if it is not properly equipped. When we complained to the man that checked us in, he said, " You can go down the street and get rooms there if you don't like it." Place was clean, but not at all what they advertised

Cute and quaint

Very nice. Could used some more chair and more lovely Southwest decor but overall it was a decent hotel. The only clubs was our hotel door lock. You have to pull hard to engage the lock or keep the door from coming open. And the shower seal was not good and flooded the floor.

Stayed in room 9 was quiet and clean. Could use a little clean with a little brush in the the corners and trims around shower. Other wise a great stay. Comfy bed! Staff was great! Outside the motel needs something to bring customer in. Like welcoming. Would stay there again! B.G.

The room appeared to be recently remodeled which was nice. Maybe an extra small table in the sink area for toiletries as the sink is very small and hard to accommodate these items. A large area rug would be awesome to absorb noise and make the room more comfortable. We could hear every step from the upstairs rooms. Hooks for towels were not avaliable.

It has potential, had a small fridge but has never been used because power cord wont reach outlet, o ice machine broke. It has a sign on shower door saying if you want hot water for your shower please run the water for 15 minutes, Were sorry for the inconvenience Really! In a drought 30 units running water each 15 minutes, if we needed anything to come back staffed till 9, nope sign uplong before that closed, left 8:30 am next morning still closed It has potential to be a great boutique hotel just needs some pride.

Decent for price

The rooms are decent and renovated. Definitely had a musty smell when we entered, but AC worked well. All lights outside the room at kept on all night so it was hard to sleep, even with the window shades down. We could hear people laughing in the room next door, so walls must not be very sound proof. Overall, a decent stay for the price.

Asked for 1st floor as have knee disability , very hard to walk steps , Management did not “read” request ,, ( maybe too busy ) , 2nd floor was only option Hot water for shower has sign to leave on for 15 minutes before hot water turns on Seems like terrible waste of water in high desert town Bed seemed to have sand on bed sheet (?) Minor issue , blinds pull down but don’t go all the way up , prevent full light from entering room Otherwise room very spacious and nice with wooden beam ceilings

Perfection

This property was exactly what I needed! Something reasonably priced, comfortable with lots of upgrades so that I could have a quick stay overnight while exploring the area. 10/10 will return!
