The Great/Living Room is perfect for indoor/outdoor living, offering ample seating with vaulted ceilings, an entertainment center and views to the back patio area and fairways. The casual outdoor living space is a great place to relax, BBQ, and chat with friends and family!

A formal Dining Room, with seating for four gives you the feeling of home.

A private Den is equipped with a large HDTV and home office space with Wi-Fi internet access throughout the villa.

The Gourmet Kitchen, with its ample granite countertops, and stainless appliances is well equipped with the amenities needed to showcase your culinary and baking talents.

This villa is centered around multiple heated pools, spas, bike trails and the community’s Executive Golf Course.

Lovely property with great communication with host who welcomed us personally on day one. Love the Rancho Mirage location. The villa was well equipped and well maintained. Food at Country Club could be improved but Sunrise Country Club offers many sport membership options

Ron is quick to respond with answers to any questions. Amenities are very nice (spices, dishes, etc.). Many were 1st time use! Location on the course as well as Rancho Mirage suited us wonderfully. Villa was spotless, tastefully decorated and equipped. A true gem!

This is a very nice unit that has a pleasant view out toward the 14th green and15th tee. Loved the fire table for early morning coffee and evening aperitif. The owner was very responsive to questions and helping us get up and running.
