Place needs a major makeover! Badly rundown

Apart from the food and the staff everything else needs a major makeover! The entire property requires renovation. Starting with their rooms, mattress, water geyser, swimming pool and the list goes on. We found chewing tobacco (snooze) in the bathroom (pic attached). At check in we were asked for 750/- per night in addition to the room charges for air conditioning. Although it was suppose to be a queen bed, they had attached two single beds together which were really uncomfortable. Water geyser was in a state of horror (see images) and must be changed asap! Swimming pool was extremely dirty! Green water.. Perhaps wonderful for the frogs. Water for bathing etc was filthy (black almost). Pics attached. Major power fluctuations as well. Having said that, the staff was extremely kind and the food was good! If nothing else you can definitely go there for a meal ! The owner needs to look into these issues because the location is wonderful since they have private access to the river through the property. Be cautious of the early morning wake up call by the monkeys playing world war 2. Good luck!
