Villa La Bohème - Ramatuelle

With its 150 square meter single storey house, La Bohème is a magical place at 8 minutes away by walk to the renowned beach of Pampelonne. The access to it is through a protected way with reeds hedges. The villa is located at 4 minutes by car to Ramatuelle and 10 minutes by car to Saint-Tropez.

**From July to August, breakfast and daily cleaning are included in the rate. It is also possible to obtain the services of a home chef for evening meals at an additional cost and on request.

La Bohème has been built in an agricultural area preserved and surrounded by a half hectares of vines taking root in the sand. Exotic garden, palms trees, eucalyptus, pines trees : here the nature is queen. This one invite itself indoor with a bohème-chic inspiration decoration imagined around wood, rock and natural materials. The original spirit of the villa has been preserved and the contemporary decoration has been think with taste, refinement and high standing services.

- La Bohème is composed with 5 bedrooms (one of them is located in a wooden shed in the garden). Each room is equipped with a private shower room and toilet, flat screen and safe. Two bedrooms benefit from an open terrace on to the vines.

- The design kitchen is fully equipped with 2 ovens, 1 fridge, 2 dishwasher and become the place to share real moments between family and friends. It opens on to the terrace with a panoramic view on to the vines and the swimming pool.

- The pool and grounds
An exotic garden leads to the 12x5 metre heated swimming pool via a pathway. It is completely surrounded by palm trees and a wooden terrace with sun loungers. Everything here inspires calm and serenity.
