The facility is new, so it was very clean and quiet. The issue is that the water smells like sulfur and rotten eggs. I grew up on well water, so I'm not unfamiliar with it, but this is a whole new level of fart in a bottle. It's so bad that the entire building stinks, and it will hit you right in the face when you enter the building. I initially thought there might be a sewer leak, but when I turned my water on in the apartment, wow! I had to cut my stay to one night because the smell was so strong I refused to shower in it.
