Did not use breakfast area. Room was in excellent shape. Front desk was helping someone in the phone with a bunch of cancellations, but she asked them if she could check me in. She was very efficient! Comfortable bed!!

I did not enjoy my stay at this property. My room door wouldn’t close or lock properly, which left my belongings unsecured when I went out for the evening. The toilet also did not flush properly, and the bathroom light blew out during my stay. I have video documentation of my complaints. Overall, the experience was very disappointing and did not meet basic expectations for safety or comfort.

Cassandra at the front desk was great and very helpful, the positives end there, though. First room had a couple small roaches, they weren't able to get me another room as there was no vacancy (understandable), the first two nights in that room were only bad because of the noise from other tenants and their dogs. Final night was in a better room until about 12AM when I was awoke to an extremely loud, rhythmic banging noise, likely coming from the laundry machines near my room. Apparently that was Laundry day because that ridiculously loud noise went off an on until 7AM. Overall, staff was great, the walls in the place are paper thin, the worst part about this hotel are the people who stay there
