Great if going to be there working
First impressions are everything! After checking in we went to the room they said would be ours. It was not cleaned yet and was really bad. They got us in a room on a different floor pretty quick. The room was nice but there was no microwave in the rooms. We had to go to the 1st floor to warm up food. They have signs in the elevator offering great hot cooked food, but when you go down there it is a cold wrap. If you are going to stay there i would make sure to have a place to eat setup.

The staff were extremely unprofessional. No uniforms or professional attire. Complete lack of professionalism. Wearing video game hats and whatever else they wanted. Couldn’t tell who worked there. Staff didn’t possess motivation to work hard at their job let alone a little, and lacked all hospitality or professionalism. Just complained about their place of work. Room was setup very strangely. The bathroom sink was in the bedroom, the tv was on the far left of the bedroom almost out of sight of the bed. The dresser was located under the counter of the kitchen. Very off and strange. Very inconvenient. Will never stay at a Hyatt again.

The property was conveniently located, however there was lots of construction in the area which was a bit annoying. The front desk staff was great however we weren’t made aware that you have to request housekeeping so surprised when we came back to the room and it had not been cleaned. Bathroom could use a face lift the door stopper was rusted and wallpaper peeling off. I’ve stayed a several Hyatts this was a bit on the lower end and probably because by airport and a different clientele. Probably wouldn’t stay again. The free breakfast was limited and just not fresh. This wasn’t a cheap stay so a little disappointed. Last thing had to request blankets there was a sheet and light duvet. I understand cut backs but Hyatt has to step it up.

The beds and pillows smell dusty and dirty. I know it’s an airport hotel, but this was something extremely disturbing. It irritated my throat and I coughed all night. It stopped only in the morning when I left the room.
