The hotel and hotel staff were awesome. The only problem is the parking. You can pay $25/35 dollars a day to park in the parking garage or take your chances on the street. I didn’t see this when booking my trip so it was a bit of a surprise specially with two cars. I explained this to the manager who was very nice but basically said the price is the price;) Nice hotel would definitely stay again.

Hyatt House Downtown Raleigh.

Fantastic property, everything was in superb condition. Staff was warm and helpful. Room was spotless, well appointed and very comfortable. Pool area was modern and a nice area to sit at end of day. I could not be more satisfied with my stay.
