Snake is welcoming!

Checked in at registration. Grabbed a luggage cart. Turned to proceed out front doors only to find a black snake coming down sidewalk in front of me. Advised husband in car to proceed with caution. Two employees came to our rescue and were alarmed. This was not in their employee manual. Two maintenance employees came to the rescue. Situation was under control but nerves were frazzled by employees!

Everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good- delicious fresh fruit. The only complaint is the food and drinks in the food for pay area was extremely overpriced. A small frozen burrito was over $7.00.

Great stay!

All I can say is that I was extremely impressed with this hotel. Briana truly made my day by allowing me to check in early. I was in town visiting some friends in the hospital, and her graciousness was greatly appreciated. I have stayed in thousands of hotels in this category, and I must say—this was the best experience I’ve ever had. My only minor issue was the inability to fully turn off the air-conditioning unit. I was told that the fan continues to run, even after selecting "off," due to a built-in dehumidifier function. As a Floridian, I understand the need, but the constant buzzing wasn’t my favorite part of the stay.
