All carpets were dirty and stained. Microwave ovens laying in the first floor hallway all nite. Only cleaned our room one day out of three, and then did not do complete job. Very much overpriced for the place. Won't go there again!

The room I stayed was the most uncomfortable and smelly. The bed headboard is next to the bathroom it makes it very hard to sleep when someone turns on the light and the fan goes off so loud. The hotel’s carpet needs serious cleaning from the corridor to the room. However the staff members were very kind and polite!

Each member staff at this hotel were accommodating, friendly and professional. It was across the board, indicating a commitment to customer satisfaction. The price was appropriate for the place and parking extremely easy. My only complaint was that there some stains on the sofa, but it was perfectly clean.

Only negatives are in regards to the room itself: the decor seems a little dated, the tv was in an awkward position, the pillows were very very flat, and the mattress was horrendous- you can feel the springs. Other than that, the staff was so nice and the lobby area is gorgeous and they had very yummy cupcakes!
