Disappointing stay – left early due to bites and poor response I booked 3 nights at Big 4 Rainbow Beach but left after 2 nights because I did not want to suffer another night of alive bites. Although the bed looked clean, my friends, I and my family were bitten repeatedly during the night and woke up with many red, itchy bites on our legs (photos attached). This was very uncomfortable and concerning. My friends went to the reception to request a room change, but the request was rejected, and no compensation was offered. Because of this response, I did not make a further complaint at the counter and chose to leave early instead. Cleanliness and guest safety are basic expectations, and the way this issue was handled was disappointing. I hope management takes this seriously and improves room inspections and customer service to prevent this from happening again.

Great place for kids except there is no pool. You are close to the calm water but not that great for swimming. Perfect if your kids like fishing. You have to drive to the beach which is about 5mins. Friendly staff and lots of space for the kids to ride bikes etc.

The cabin we stayed in was well presented. Quite roomy compared to others I've experienced. Clean and tidy. The surrounding areas was huge. Gaming rooms and jumping pillow. Go karts and fishing spots nearby. There's lots to be done at this place. Me and my family loved every moment.
