THE WHALE BAY SURF BACH FEATURES:

Having just gone extensive renovations in December 2021, the stylish coastal, and family friendly bach is in an excellent modern condition with heated tiled floors, a new spa pool (Dec 21') excellent indoor outdoor living flow with a large deck/grass area great for BBQ & entertaining, all high end linen included and everything else you need to make your stay one not to be forgotten..

Bedrooms: 2 x bedrooms - main room has 1 x Queen and 2nd room has 1 x Queen with 1 x King Single built in bunk bed above. All linen included. Both bedrooms have Smart Tv's with built in Netflix (account supplied)

Kitchen: All cooking utensils and crockery are supplied. Bosch oven with microwave feature, induction stovetop, toaster, kettle, coffee plunger with Raglan Roast Coffee, selection of teas, hot chocolate, cooking oil, sugar, salt & pepper. Tea towels and dish cloths are supplied.

TV & Internet: Free Wifi available. 3 x Smart Tv’s with Netflix account supplied (lounge & 2 x bedrooms). All TV’s have smart tv capability, including apps like; Freeview, TV OnDemand, Netflix (subscription included), Youtube, Spotify, Neon, internet browsing capability and more.

Bathroom: Fully tiled bathroom with heated flooring, heated towel rails and large led mirror above basin. Towels, hand towels, bath mats, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and hand wash supplied.

Deck, Spa & BBQ: The Spa pool has spectacular views of the surf and sunsets. The lounge flows onto the deck which then flows onto the grass providing indoor/outdoor living at its best. Perfect for BBQ's and entertaining with BBQ utensils and gas provided. The outdoor dining table is a must in the summer evenings or enjoy the outdoor lounge area + coffee table if you feel like sitting in comfort and admiring the views.

Exterior - Yard, Surf Access & Shower: The house is nestled within a sub tropical garden with pathways leading you down to your private gate to the surf. A hot outdoor shower is provided perfect for a wash off after the surf. The entire property is fully fenced making it the perfect place for kids. A large trampoline is also onsite however please note there are no matts around the tramp, adult supervision is advised to avoid injury and we are not responsible for any incidents, you are welcome to use at your own risk.

Carparking: 1 carpark provided inside the property gates, with plenty of street parking available also.

THE WHALE BAY SURF HOUSE - The Whale Bay Surf Bach is the ground floor which sleeps up to 5 guests. Whale Bay Surf House is the upper floor which also can sleep up to 5 guests (seperate listing). There is no internal access between the floors. As the two floors are both airbnbs there will be a strict no noise policy after 10pm. Although the two levels are very private, we thankyou in advance for your understanding of, and respect for the guests on the upper level as well (should it be occupied)

NOTE - Whilst we welcome normal in-house entertainment for our in-house guests, due to both, the facilities available and residential zoning etc, please advise at time of booking of any function, a party, or any event where additional (non resident guests) may arrive, as certain terms will need to be agreed on, thanks.
